My mother used to make Kele Koddela – so delish. Looking at the picture, was reminded of it. She used peeled green plantain, sliced 1/2\” thick sliced, coconut masala with one clove garlic and used garlic with skin for phanna. My mouth waters just from the thought of the taste!
