This Chutney is a blessing for the Losun lovers. This is very simple, tasty and will last for many days.
Ingredients
- Grated dry coconut….. ½ Coconut
- Garlic Pod ………….. 1 big
- Red chilly……………. 10 nos. (Ramnad )
- Tamarind ……………. slightly bigger than a chickpea.
- Ghee…………………. 1 tbsp
- Salt ………………… to taste.
Losune Puddi Chutney.
Method
- Heat ghee in a kadai
- Fry the peeled garlic cloves in ghee till it becomes brown and keep aside.
- Fry coconut, red chilly, tamarind separately using the same ghee
- Fry salt too
- Mix all the above items and powder it .
Losune Puddi Chutney is ready. Keep it in air tight container and can be served with rice, dosa etc.
