Losune Puddi Chutney.

This Chutney is a blessing for the  Losun lovers.  This is very simple, tasty and will last for many days.
Ingredients
  1. Grated dry coconut…..  ½  Coconut
  2. Garlic Pod …………..  1 big
  3. Red chilly……………. 10 nos. (Ramnad )  
  4. Tamarind ……………. slightly bigger than a chickpea.
  5. Ghee…………………. 1 tbsp
  6. Salt  …………………   to taste.
Losune  Puddi Chutney.
Method
  •  Heat ghee in a kadai
  •  Fry the peeled garlic cloves in ghee till it becomes brown and keep aside.
  •   Fry coconut, red chilly, tamarind separately using the same ghee 
  •  Fry salt too
  • Mix all the above items and powder it .

              Losune Puddi Chutney is ready.  Keep it in air tight container and can be served with rice, dosa etc.
