Brined mango chutney – Kholamba gojju is one of the typical chutney type side dish of GSB community usually had with steaming rice.
- Brined mango – 1
- Coconut grated – 1 cup
- Red chillies – 10 to 12
- Garlic cloves – 6 to 8
- Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste adding minimum water to get a thick chutney.
- Add salt only if required.
A lip smacking dish is ready to be served.
