As the name suggests this dessert is made from ripe Jack fruit . Its made for marriages feasts especially when jack fruit is in season .Some temples too serve this as payasu during festivals .It is very easy to make . So do try this out .
- Raw rice – 1/2 cup
- Ripe Jack fruit bulbs – about 20 ( deseeded)
- Jagerry – 1 cup
- Coconut – 1 large – for extracting – Ist extract milk and the second & third extracts
- Cashew nuts – 10 or more as you wish
- Elaichi / Cardamom – 2 or 3
