Podalle (Snake Gourd ) Sukke
Ingredients;-
- Snake guard (podale) – 1 small
- Shallots – 1/2 cup
- Green chilly – 2 nos
- Grated coconut – 2 tbspoon.
- Salt to taste
Method :-
- Fine chop podale, shallots and green chilly.
- Mix all the chopped ingredients, coconut and salt together by hand.
- Keep for few minutes.
- Heat a kadai add oil .add mustard.When it splutters add mixed podale.
- Cover with lid.cook on a medium flame.
- Stir well.
Podale sukke is ready to be served
