Podale Sukke

                     Podalle (Snake Gourd ) Sukke             


  1. Snake guard (podale) – 1 small
  2. Shallots – 1/2 cup 
  3. Green chilly – 2 nos
  4. Grated coconut – 2 tbspoon.   
  5. Salt to taste    

Method :-

  • Fine chop podale, shallots and green chilly. 
  • Mix all the chopped ingredients, coconut and salt together by hand. 
  • Keep for few minutes. 
  • Heat a kadai add oil .add mustard.When it splutters add mixed podale. 
  • Cover with lid.cook on a medium flame. 
  • Stir well. 

Podale sukke is ready to be served
