- 1 cup of wheat flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Prepare the seasoning and keep it aside.
- Take the wheat flour in a bowl and add water to make a batter of medium consistency.It should neither be thick like idli batter nor watery and without lumps.
- Add salt and pour the prepared seasoning.
- The batter will look like in the below picture –
Drizzle some oil and let it roast for a minute or so.
Flip it over to roast the other side also.The bottom side of the dosa would have turned golden as shown in the picture.
