Pathrodo being our most favourite GSB delicacy..we make a lot of it when we set out to make it !! & at times family members get tired eating it . So here is a little trick to get them to finish your stock of pathrodo ( For pathrodo recipe check here )
Pathrodo pann galluk
With your hands shred the pathrodo like this !
In a kadai . heat oil & splutter mustard seeds . when the oil has cooled just a little . add a tsp of red chilli powder .
Add the shredded pathrodo and mix well .Cover and cook for about 2 minutes ..
Serve hot !
Enjoy for breakfast or snack!
