Nonchambya Sassam

          This is served as a side dish. We can prepare within 10 minutes !

  1. Brined Mango   -1 medium
  2. Green chilly       – 1 nos
  3. Curd                –  1/4 cup
  4. Salt                 – to taste       

For Seasoning

  1.   Oil        -1 teaspoon
  2. Mustard    – 1/4 teaspoon
  3. Curry leaves – a few
  4. Jeera           – a pinch (opt)       


  • Wash salted mango
  • In a bowl  add chopped green chilly and mango
  • mix this by hand 
  • Add curd to this and mix well
  • Add salt to taste
  • Season with mustard and curry leaves.     

Instead of green chilly Can use chilly flakes .While using red chilly flakes add along with seasoning.
