- Brined Mango -1 medium
- Green chilly – 1 nos
- Curd – 1/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
For Seasoning
- Oil -1 teaspoon
- Mustard – 1/4 teaspoon
- Curry leaves – a few
- Jeera – a pinch (opt)
Method:-
- Wash salted mango
- In a bowl add chopped green chilly and mango
- mix this by hand
- Add curd to this and mix well
- Add salt to taste
- Season with mustard and curry leaves.
Instead of green chilly Can use chilly flakes .While using red chilly flakes add along with seasoning.
