Tera Panna Ghanti Butthi

                       This is an amchi ultimate specialty  prepared from a type of colacasia leaves when the monsoon sets in..
We need to make the Ghantis first for this ..Prepare the ghantis from the leaf.. roll the leaf like we do with the calender but gently n make a knot..( this knot is called ghanti )
Ingredients :

  1. 10 to 15 ghantis
  2. 10 garlic flakes .crushed n skin removed
  3. coconut oil 2 tsp 

Ingredients needed for the masala are: –

  1. 1 coconut.. grated
  2. 8 10 red chillies ( I always use 5 nos. of byadagi n 5 nos. of guntur variety )
  3. tamarind .. a small lemon size
Method:-

  • Grind the masala  to a smooth paste .
  • Now pour this in a vessel and bring to boil.. add the ghantis, crushed garlic cloves  and salt as per taste .  Cover and cook on low heat till done.
  • Lastly add the coconut oil and mix well..
  • Yummy ghanti butthi is ready to serve with rice
