Gabbiya Polo

There are so many healthy versions of dosas/polos in the GSB Cuisine . One such is the Gabbiya polo made with banana stem .this fibre rich breakfast is so very tasty will make it a regular one in your breakfast list!

    • Raw rice – 2 cups
    • Grated coconut – 1 cup
    • Gabbo / banana stem – chopped very finely -1 cup
    • Salt to taste

Method ;

  1. Soak the rice for about 4-5 hours .
  2. Grind the rice & coconut to a smooth paste
  3. Add the gabbo & again grind . If you want you need not grind the gabbo but  have it as pieces itself ..
  4. Add salt & mix well
  5. You can start making polos immediately!
